Buying or selling. We tell you what is really there.
Advisory and delivery across Southeast Asia
We work in the gap between the boardroom and the delivery team.
That is where value is won and lost. We start by listening, and we stay until it works.

- A business being bought or sold
- A programme that has stalled, or has not started
- Growth that has flattened and nobody can say why
- A platform that needs building
We work alongside your team, not in place of it.
Change that lands, not change that gets announced.
Built, not just designed, and driven through to adoption.
Across advisory, operations and delivery. Enough range to know what usually works, and what usually does not.
Advised on both buy-side and sell-side, across the UK, US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
From mid-market deals to multi-billion dollar carve-outs. The discipline does not change with the ticket size.
The people who scope the work do the work. Nothing gets passed down the line.
We kept the rigour. We left the playbook.
Big Four training is the best in the business. The limitation is that the method starts shaping the answer, whatever the question was.
Recognise any of these?
Met the partner in the pitch, then never saw them again?
The team you meet is the team you get
No handovers. Nobody arrives later needing your business explained to them again.
Paid for months of work that confirmed what you already suspected?
A defensible view, fast
Years of forming views to deal deadlines. No bench whose hours need filling, so the work is sized to the question.
Handed a plan written for a budget and a team you do not have?
Scoped to what you can actually run
We have run the operations that absorb the change. What we propose fits the capacity you actually have.

It all started in Leeds, in 1851.
A grocer called William Gallon opened one shop in the north of England. By the 1920s there were around three hundred. Morrisons took the business over in 1970.
It was our family’s, and the name left the family two generations ago. We have brought it back.
