The questions people don’t ask out loud.
Most advisory sites describe what a firm sells. This one describes how we behave.
Who actually does the work?
The person you meet. There is no bench to keep busy and no pyramid to feed. We lead every engagement personally, and no junior is learning on your time.
What are you selling me?
Nothing. We have no product and no software licence to protect.
Where the work needs a delivery partner we say so, and you see the commercial arrangement before you commit. We are equally willing to tell you the answer is to do nothing.
How fast can you move?
Days, when you need days. We have spent years forming views to deal deadlines. No bench whose hours need filling, so the work is sized to the question.
Is my problem too small?
No such thing here. A two-week review is a real engagement, not a favour.
Will you use my name?
No. Most of what we do is confidential. We do not publish client names, and we will not publish yours.
Who do I call when it goes wrong?
Us. When we bring in a delivery partner we stay accountable for the outcome. One conversation to have, not three.

Tell us what is in front of you. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so, and tell you who would be.
